If you read the article HOW TO GET AN INSANE MUSCLE PUMP IN THE GYM, then you know that you can improve your pump and get a crazy amount of blood in your muscles by supplementation. Something I have came across that I enjoy the most and takes my muscle pumps TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL is the product "Pump Primer", by advanced nutrition systems. With my use of this product for 3 separate trials (using the entire bottle) and my last article discussing improving your pump, it's about time I write a review about a product I love to use on a daily basis! In this article I will discuss the ingredients make-up of the product, my experience with the product, and where you can get the product (and for how much).
Advanced Nutrition Systems "Pump Primer" ingredient list: 16 mg of Niacin and a 5,550 mg blend of L-Citruline Malate, L-Arginine, Agmatine, and L-Norvaline. Though most of the ingredients are in a blend, 5,550 mg of nitric oxide increasing ingredients is nothing to scoff at. Let's take a little look at the ingredients in the blend. L-Citruline has been shown to increase stamina, decrease muscle soreness, and improve athletic performance. Arginine and Agmatine has been shown to improve blood flow and even decrease blood pressure. L-Norvaline is a special ingredient (in my opinion) in the product. When you want not only better pumps, but also LONGER LASTING PUMPS (doesn't go away after your first few exercises), L-Norvaline does the trick. L-Norvaline has been shown to inhibit the enzyme that initially negates the affects of the Arginine (lowers nitric oxide when increased). This ingredient, in my opinion, sets the Advanced Nutrition Systems "Pump Primer" above the rest! I not only get a better and bigger pump, but A LONGER LASTING pump as well. This product is a well blended recipe of stimulant-free performance boosting ingredients.
I personally use the "Pump Primer" on both my high and low volume days. I always mix my "Pump Primer" with Gatorade powder and salt. The sale influenced water retention and the Gatorade influence water retention and increase glycogen in the muscles. With better blood flow to the muscles, more water retained in the muscles (fuller muscles), and increase ability to push more repetitions, this is a recipe for an absolutely crazy pump! On higher volume days, I use the product to really maximize my blood flow to the muscles for sick muscle pumps. For low volume/heavy days, I personally used the product for better blood flow for reduced risk of injury. With more blood flow in your muscles and around your joints, you not only improve your performance, but also lower your risk of injury. This is crucial for long-term lifters and athletes.
Where Can I Get It? How Much?

If your goals in the gym could be reached easier by increasing blood flow to your muscles, improving your muscle recovery, reducing muscle soreness, and giving you insane muscle pumps, than this product is for you. If you are more of a stimulant using product consumer, than adding some caffeine to your stack can fullfill your supplement needs. If you prefer a stimulant-based pre-workout, then checking out my other product reviews can help you find a product more for you. I had a positive experience (and still do) with this product.
